About approval of Rules of veterinary and sanitary examination of milk and dairy products and requirements for their realization

According to the Laws of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine", "About quality and safety of foodstuff and food staples", the Regulations on the state veterinary sanitary inspection and control of activities of subjects of managing concerning face of animals, conversion, storage, transportation and sales of products of animal origin approved by the order of the Chief state inspector of veterinary medicine of Ukraine of 01.09.2000 of N45 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.10.2000 for N760/4981 (with changes), and for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the state veterinary and sanitary examination of milk and dairy products I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of veterinary and sanitary examination of milk and dairy products and the requirement for their realization (further - Rules) which are applied.

2. To chiefs of managements of veterinary medicine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities, areas to exercise the state veterinary sanitary inspection and control of the organization and conducting veterinary and sanitary examination of milk and dairy products of subjects of managing according to the current legislation and these Rules.

3. Register these Rules in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. Consider such which are not applied in the territory of Ukraine: The "Rules of veterinary and sanitary examination of milk and dairy products in the markets" approved by Head department of veterinary science the Ministries of Agriculture of the USSR approved with the Head sanitary and epidemic department of the Ministry of Health of the USSR 01.07. 76, and to abolish the Veterinary health regulations for the milk farms realizing milk on direct connections or on free sale approved by the Chief state inspector of veterinary medicine of Ukraine 21.06.94 and approved with the Deputy Chief state health officer of Ukraine 20.06.94.

5. To management of ensuring antiepizootic work (Verzhikhovsky O. M.) to bring this order to permission of organizations of veterinary medicine.

6. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of State department of veterinary medicine Gorzheev V. M.

Rules of veterinary and sanitary examination of milk and dairy products and requirement for their realization

1. Scope of application

1.1. These Rules establish veterinary health requirements to milk and dairy products, except products of industrial production, realized by subjects of managing of different pattern of ownership on direct connections (to the milk-processing companies, catering establishments and volume similar) and in free sale in the markets.

1.2. Rules are obligatory for execution by organizations, organizations, companies irrespective of pattern of ownership and departmental subordination (further - subjects of managing), physical persons - owners of animals (further - the owner) who perform activities in the field of the address of milk and dairy products, and also specialists of veterinary medicine.

2. Terms and determinations

In these Rules such main terms and determinations are applied:

The expert opinion - the conclusion which confirms quality and safety of products of animal and plant origin and is issued by the state laboratories of veterinary and sanitary examination in the market after conducting veterinary and sanitary examination.

Fat - complex of lipids, free fatty acids and the soluble accompanying substances in glitseridny phase.
