About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:

1. In Item 14.1 of Article 14:

Subitem 14.1.114-1 to exclude 1);

Shall be replaced with words 2) in subitem 14.1.144-1 of the word of "the law of rather electronic document management and the digital signature" "the laws of Ukraine "On electronic documents and electronic document management" and "About electronic confidential services";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in subitem 14.1.182-1 of the word of "digital signature" "the qualified digital signature or seal".

2. To state subitem 19-1.1.44 of Item 19-1.1 of Article 19-1 in the following edition:

"19-1.1.44. provide qualified electronic confidential services (as the isolated Items of registration of the qualified central executive body providing electronic confidential services which realizes the state tax and customs policy)".

3. In the text of Article 39 of the word of "the law of rather electronic document management and the digital signature" shall be replaced with words "the laws of Ukraine "On electronic documents and electronic document management" and "About electronic confidential services".

4. In Item 42.4 of Article 42:

In paragraph one of the word "About the Digital Signature" shall be replaced with words 1) "About electronic confidential services";

The second words of "the laws of rather electronic document management and the digital signature" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "the laws of Ukraine "On electronic documents and electronic document management" and "About electronic confidential services".

5. In Article 42-1:

In paragraph nine of Item 42-1.1 of the word "by means of electronic mark of time" shall be replaced with words 1) "by means of qualified electronic mark of time";
