PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 22, 1999 No. 29 "About measures for further optimization of system of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of December 23, 2015 No. 137 "About measures for enhancement of activities of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECIDE:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 22, 1999 No. 29 "About measures for further optimization of system of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 1, the Art. 2):

in appendix 1 to the above-named Decree:
