About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following changes:

- in Item 1 and the paragraph the second Item 5 of figure "22" to replace with figures "18";

- declare Item 3 invalid.

3. Determine that the expenses of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic connected with implementation of this resolution are performed within the approved number of staff and means provided for 2019 and the next years.

4. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring structure and the staff list into accord with this resolution;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of legal examination of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
