1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on permission since August 1, 2018 of operation of automobile vehicles by physical persons and legal entities with the tinted (darkened) glasses on paid basis.

2. Enter procedure according to which:

a) Change of svetopropuskaniye of back side glasses of vehicles categories M1, N1 and N2 - without restriction of svetopropuskaniye, within svetopropuskaniye is not lower than 50 percent - for front side glasses, and also it is not lower than 50 percent - on side glasses of vehicles categories M1, N1 and N2 of class III is made based on the permission issued by Public service of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a period of 1 year on the approved state standard;

b) installation of toning (blackout) of back windshield of vehicles, and also in the upper part of front windshield of vehicles in the form of strip no more than 14 cm wide is performed without permission and restriction of svetopropuskaniye on the approved state standard;

c) the rate of payments for issue of permission to installation of toning (blackout) on glasses constitutes categories M1, N1 and N2 of vehicles:

back side glasses in the amount of five basic settlement sizes - for physical persons, ten basic settlement sizes - for legal entities and twenty basic settlement sizes for legal entities of the foreign states performing activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan;

lobbies and back side glasses in the amount of fifty basic settlement sizes - for physical persons, fifty basic settlement sizes - for legal entities and eight-ten basic settlement sizes - for legal entities of the foreign states performing activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
