1) in Article 20:

a) regarding 1 word to "procedure" shall be replaced with words "to procedure of transfer of premises to the non-residential premise in the apartment house, to procedure";

b) regarding 4.2 words "about the facts of violation of requirements of procedure" shall be replaced with words "about the facts of violation of requirements to procedure of transfer of premises to the non-residential premise in the apartment house, to procedure";

Part 2 of Article 22 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "To the room after its transfer the possibility of access with use of the rooms providing access to premises shall be excluded from premises to the non-residential premise.";

3) in Article 23:

a) add part 2 with Items 6 and 7 of the following content:
