For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 114 the following changes:
in Regulations on Department of precious metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
in Item 8:
- to declare the paragraph of the twenty second invalid;
- add with the paragraph the thirty first the following content:
"-within the competence considers cases on violations and imposes penalties according to the procedure, provided by the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
