About modification of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About antimine activities in Ukraine" concerning enhancement of mechanisms of attraction of financial resources for financing of measures of antimine activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the second article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About antimine activities in Ukraine" (2019, 6, the Art. 39) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"2. For financing of actions of antimine activities financial resources of donors, including the international technical assistance, returnable and irretrievable financial aid of the international organizations, the charitable help, and also other types of the help which are not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine can be attracted.

The financial resources attracted from donors, are enlisted in special fund of the government budget for the appropriate budget programs, except the case provided by the paragraph third this part.

The financial resources provided by donors directly to operators of antimine activities for the purpose of accomplishment of actions in the field of antimine activities in the territory of Ukraine are not subject to transfer in the government budget and are used by such operators in the directions approved with authorized operational body of antimine transactions (the center of antimine transactions)".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
