About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning preserving the Ukrainian woods

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

The second Article 64 of the word "from three to seven" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "from six to fourteen", and the words "from five to eight" - the words "from ten to sixteen";

2) in Article 65:

in the paragraph the second part one of the word "from fifteen to thirty" shall be replaced with words "from thirty to sixty", the words "from seventy five to hundred fifty" - the words "from hundred fifty to three hundred";

2. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

The note to Article 201-1 to state 1) in the following edition:
