About modification of the Regulations on procedure for purpose of the compensated medicines for out-patient treatment of persons registered at the family doctor approved by the Order of the Government No. 1372/2005

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on procedure for purpose of the compensated medicines for out-patient treatment of persons registered at the family doctor approved by the Order of the Government No. 1372/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 176-181, 1477), to make the following changes:

Item 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6. Have the right to appoint the compensated medicines family doctors, doctors-neuropathologists, psychiatrists, doctors-endocrinologists and pediatricians of the suppliers of medical care (further - suppliers) who signed the contract with the Company.";

To add 2) with Item / 1) of the following content:

"6/1. The company will claim and adapts the standard agreement for purpose of the compensated medicines suppliers of medical services who did not sign agreements on provision of medical care within compulsory medical insurance, according to provisions of the regulations approved after the conclusion of this agreement.";

3) in Item 9:

b) the offer fifth to exclude;

c) in Item 26 of the word "the supplier of primary medical care" to replace with the word "supplier".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
