1. Item 1-2 of the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (2008, 189, the Art. 1173) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"1/2. Since April 1, 2019 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed in the amount of % 3,0, proceeding from the annual growth of consumer price index for previous year, and after indexation constitutes 1056 lei".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
