About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2014 No. 26 "About measures for enhancement of construction activities" the following changes:

1.1. in subitem 1.18:

after part two to add the subitem with parts of the following content:

"The money transferred into the local budget, and the premises gratuitously transferred to the utility possession on account of compensation has purpose and is used by local executive and administrative organs in connection with provision of the parcels of land for:

construction and servicing of apartment houses for the citizens staying on the registry of the housing conditions needing improvement in this settlement;

construction of facilities of engineering, transport and social infrastructure in areas (quarters) of the housing estate, customers as whose builders on construction the state organizations act.

Under the state organizations when constructing facilities, specified in paragraph three of part three of this subitem, are understood:

municipal unitary enterprises on capital construction, their affiliated unitary enterprises;

the organizations performing production of large-size combined concrete goods and construction of apartment houses by method of step-by-step installation of these products;

other state organizations or economic societies, more than 50 percent of shares (share in authorized fund) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and (or) its territorial administrative unit.

The premises gratuitously transferred to the utility possession on account of compensation are provided to the citizens moved from the apartment houses which are subject to demolition in connection with provision of the parcels of land for the purposes specified in part three of this subitem.";
