About modification of item 4 (1) Regulations on Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to item 4 (1) the Regulations on Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2008 No. 510 "About Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 28, Art. 3382; 2016, No. 6, Art. 842; 2018, No. 16, Art. 2384).

notifies the foreign investor on need of suspension of transaction by him before obtaining from authorized body of information on decision making about lack of need of informing the commission chairman on the transaction or about adoption by the commission chairman of the decision on lack of need of preliminary approval of the transaction;
