About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 201/2018 about the organization and functioning of the National agency on quality assurance in education and scientific research
Based on article 115 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634) DECIDES: the Government
1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 201/2018 about the organization and functioning of the National agency on quality assurance in education and scientific research (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 232) to make the following changes:
1) in Item 17 the word is "developed" to be replaced with the word approved";
Item 20 to state 2) in the following edition:
"20. The chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary general of the leading council are elected from among his members for 4-year term by a majority vote members of the leading council. The representative of students and the representative of business environment cannot be elected to position of the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary general of the leading council.
Activities of the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary general of the leading council fall under action of provisions of the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee.
Person who was offered to position of the chairman of the leading council is appointed to position by the Government on the basis of the petition of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches.
Persons offered to position of the vice-chairman and secretary general of the leading council are appointed to position by the Ministry of Education, culture and researches.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
