For the purpose of regulation of activities of the companies, individual entrepreneurs and citizens who are engaged in purchase and sale of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the products (home use) made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. In the Republic of Armenia according to Appendix No. 1, and also the products (home use) made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals all organization-legal types of the companies and the individual entrepreneurs established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About activities of the companies and business activity can be engaged in purchase and sale of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals if other is not established by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
2. Determine that the companies and the individual entrepreneurs who are engaged in purchase and sale of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the Republic of Armenia buy scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals only in the presence of the document confirming source of their acquisition, namely the agreement, in case of their import - the customs declaration, the invoice or the bilateral act about purchase which is drawn up according to the procedure, established by this Resolution.
3. During purchase from citizens of the products (home use) made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals according to Appendix No. 2, between the company or the individual entrepreneur and the citizen the bilateral act about purchase (the form is applied) in duplicate shall be without fail drawn up. One copy of the act of purchase is stored at the company or the individual entrepreneur, and the second - at the citizen.
