About modification of the Order of registration of passport documents of foreigners and persons without citizenship at check points through frontier
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Order of registration of passport documents of foreigners and stateless persons at check points through frontier approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2018 No. 798 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 80, of the Art. 2672), changes, having added with its Item 10-1-of the following content:
"10-1. In case when authorized bodies (divisions) of foreign state perform issue of passport documents with violation of the principles and rules of international law and/or for the purpose of damnification to the state sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity of Ukraine, its national interests, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can make the decision on non-recognition by Ukraine of the passport documents issued by such bodies (divisions).
Unrecognized passport documents for registration are not accepted.".
