ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About creation of public institution "National academy "Manas" and Chinghiz Aitmatov"

For the purpose of implementation  of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National academy "Manas" and Chinghiz Aitmatov" of January 31, 2019 No. 18, according to article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the epos Manas", articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" decides the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Create public institution "National academy "Manas" and Chinghiz Aitmatov".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16.05.2023 No. 262

3. Bring in  the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About allowances to official pay rates of employees of the public institutions and organizations having the status "national" or honorary title No. 239, "academic" from May 24, 2011, the following change:

The list of the public institutions and organizations having the status "national" or honorary title "academic", approved by the above-stated resolution to add with Item of 31 following contents:

"31. Public institution "National academy "Manas" and Chinghiz Aitmatov".".

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15.11.2021 No. 264

5. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16.05.2023 No. 262
