About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population" of April 12, 2016 No. 208

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population" of April 12, 2016 No. 208 the following changes:

- in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "250 (two hundred fifty)" shall be replaced with words "300 (three hundred)";

- in Item 2:

the fifth to declare the paragraph invalid;

add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"-Regulations on procedure, conditions and payment due dates of unemployment benefits according to appendix 5.";

in Regulations on professional training, retraining and the advanced training of jobless citizens approved by the above-stated resolution:
