About milk and dairy products
This Law determines the legal and organizational principles of ensuring carelessness and quality of milk and dairy products for life and health of the population and the environment in case of their production, transportation, conversion, storage and realization, import to customs area and export from customs area of Ukraine.
In this Law the stated below terms are used in the following value:
Paragraph two of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine of 05.09.2013 No. 442-VII
producer of milk and milk raw materials - the legal entity irrespective of pattern of ownership, the physical person - the subject of business activity, the personal peasant economy, the physical person containing cows, sheep, goats, buffalo cows, mares and making milk and milk raw materials;
The paragraph the fourth is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of April 15, 2010 N2132-VI
The paragraph the fifth is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of November 30, 2006 N402-VI
The paragraph of the sixth is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of 20.09.2019 No. 124-IX
raw milk - product of normal secretion of mammary glands of one or several healthy cows, sheep, goats, buffalo cows, mares which temperature does not exceed 40¶C and which was not exposed to any processing (further - milk);
milk raw materials - milk which was exposed to preliminary physical processing (to filtering, chilling), and also any dairy products containing of exclusively constituting milk (milk fat, milk protein, lactose) and can be used in production of other products;
dairy products - the products received from milk or milk raw materials which may contain the nutritional supplements necessary for production provided that these additives neither partially, nor completely do not replace milk components (milk fat, milk protein, lactose);
