About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 440

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 440 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of non-profitable organizations and organizations, inclusions of the non-profitable companies, organizations and organizations in the Register and exceptions of the Register" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 56, Art. 1945; 2017, No. 29, the Art. 855) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 2 of the resolution:
The paragraph of the seventh to exclude 1);
2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"The religious organizations included in the Register of non-profitable organizations and organizations on the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of July 17, 2015 in No. 652-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning the taxation of the non-profitable organizations" which conform to requirements of paragraph two of subitem 133.4.1 of Item 133.4 of article 133 of the Tax Code of Ukraine join monitoring body in the new Register of non-profitable organizations and organizations with assignment of the corresponding sign of unprofitability.".
2. According to the procedure of maintaining the Register of non-profitable organizations and organizations, inclusion of the non-profitable companies, organizations and organizations in the Register and exceptions of the Register, approved by the specified resolution:
