ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification of Item 68 of the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357/2009

The government DECIDES:

1. In the subitem 3) Item 68 of the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 92-93, 409), to make the following changes:

1) litas. c) state in the following edition:

"c) the stop or the parking of cars and motorcycles can be performed with partial or complete arrival on the sidewalk only in specially equipped places designated by signs 5.48.1 or 5.48. 2, and also marking of 1.1.1, d). Statement of vehicles on the parking shall be made by the method specified on the additional plate 6.8.2, 6.8.3, 6.8.6 - 6.8.9, the established under sign, minimum width of the carriageway left for pedestrians with limited mobility there shall be at least 1,5 of meter";

2) to add litas. f) following content:

"f) vehicles on the parking shall not block access to the ladders, platforms or curb ramps intended for persons with limited opportunities and other groups with limited mobility".

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 30 days from the date of publication of this resolution to review departmental regulations according to its provisions.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
