To the federal executive bodies performing functions on normative legal regulation in the established field of activity, and also State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" of the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos to lead earlier established criteria of reference of goods, works, services to innovative products and (or) high-technology products for the purposes of forming of the plan of purchase of such products in compliance with the requirements approved by this resolution till December 1, 2019.
