About modification of the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140/2005

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 157-160, 1285), to make the following changes:

The text "The law No. 451 - XV of July 30, 2001 on regulation of business activity by licensing" in any case to replace 1) with the text "The law No. 160/2011 on regulation of business activity by permission" in the corresponding case;

The subitem c) to state 2) in Item 235 in the following edition:

"c) the equipment, special tools and tools made available to the face which was proved on customs area of the Republic of Moldova for their use in production of goods which are entirely exported/are re-exported provided that this equipment, the corresponding special tools and tools remain in property of nonresident person";
