In Item 1) notes to the Regulations on procedure for use of financial resources for servicing of delegations and foreign officials approved by the Order of the Government No. 101/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 33-39, 117), the last offer to state in the following edition:
"For foreign officials and members of the foreign delegations invited according to the decision of the President of the Republic of Moldova, the Chairman of the parliament, Prime Minister and chairman of the Constitutional court, the international transportation expenses (air, railway, automobile) can be paid according to the procedure, established by procedures of public procurements".
