About modification of some orders of the Government

Based on article 37 of the Law No. 219/2018 on the General inspectorate of carabineers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 462-466, 770) and articles X of the Law No. 220/2018 on modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 462-466, 772) DECIDES: the Government

1. In all text of appendix No. 18 to the Order of the Government No. 351/2005 about approval of lists of the real estate units which are public property of the state and about transfer of some real estate units (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 129-131, 1072) of the word "Department of Troops of Carabineers" shall be replaced with words "General inspectorate of carabineers".

2. In all text of the Regulations on appeal of citizens on the urgent or reduced military service approved by the Order of the Government No. 864/2005 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 113-116, 937), and appendices No. 6 of the word "Troops of Carabineers" shall be replaced with words "General inspectorate of carabineers".

3. In the Regulations on procedure for execution of military service in Armed forces approved by the Order of the Government No. 941/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 138-141, 1026), to make the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the word of "troops of carabineers" "General inspectorate of carabineers";

2) in Item 6:

a) "and the top military commander of carabineers" to exclude the text;

b) add with the following paragraph:

"Appointment and discharge from position of the commander of the General inspectorate of carabineers is performed by the order of the Government.";

Item 27 to add 3) with the subitem f) the following content:

"f) The government of the Republic of Moldova - for the commander of the General inspectorate of carabineers";
