According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About mental health services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy since January 1, 2004 purpose of the monthly monetary assistance to person who lives together with person with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent foreign care, leaving for such person with disability.
2. Approve the Procedure for provision of the monthly monetary assistance to person who lives together with person with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of healthcare institution requires permanent foreign care on care of it, it (is applied).
3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in coordination with the State committee of statistics to prepare and approve form of the semi-annual reporting concerning provision of the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with person with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent foreign care, care of it.
