About entering of amendments into the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. In article 8 of the Law of March 23, 2018 ZR-206-N "About public service" (further - the Law):

1) part 3 after the words "position of the ambassador" to add with the words "position of the chief commissioner for Diaspora";

To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. For Diaspora the person with the higher education which reached twenty-five year age, knowing Armenian, and also at least than two foreign languages shall hold position of the chief commissioner.".

Article 2. To add article 9 of the Law with part 25 of the following content:

"25. Appoints the chief commissioner for Diaspora to position, dismisses, grants leave and the Prime Minister applies encouragement measures.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
