Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 No. 221-FZ "About cadastral activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 31, Art. 4017; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4083; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7558; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4294; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4766; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8464) following changes:

1) Article 35 to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Cadastral works can be performed by the cadastral engineer who is the worker of the legal entity based on the employment contract if cadastral works are performed for own needs of such legal entity. At the same time the conclusion of the works agreement provided by part of 1 this Article is not required.";

2) in Article 42.1:

a) in part 1:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2) the parcels of land which formation is provided by the documents specified in part 6 of this Article;";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3) buildings, constructions (except for linear objects), and also objects of construction in progress, data on which contain in the Single state real estate register.";
