About modification and amendments in the Law "About Traffic Safety"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law of July 8, 2005 ZR-166-N "About traffic safety" (further - the Law):

To exclude 1) from the Item "d" of the word "and also", and to add the same Item after the word "list" with words ", and also forms and descriptions of national and international car driver licenses";

To add 2) in the Item "c" after the word "procedures" with words ", and also forms of decisions on issue of permission to re-equipment of the vehicle, refusal in issue of permission to re-equipment of the vehicle, issue of permission to inventory of the re-equiped vehicle, refusal in issue of permission to inventory of the re-equiped vehicle and the specifications which are subject to implementation during re-equipment";

To add 3) with the Items "highway 1", "highway 2", "highway 3" and "highway 4" of the following content:

"Shosse 1) approves accounting treatment, inventory of official cars of state bodies of the Republic of Armenia and issue of registration plates of accounting;

Shosse 2) establishes procedure for maintenance and escort maintenance of vehicles of special function, ensuring safe movement of motor transportation columns;

Shosse 3) establishes inspection routine of condition of the driver on sobriety, forms of the protocol, the direction, the register;

Shosse 4) establishes procedure for exchange of the data necessary for implementation of powers established by the law between state bodies and local government bodies of the Republic of Armenia and Road traffic police;".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
