Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the following changes:

1.1. in Item 7:

in the paragraph the second words", managements (departments) of health care" shall be replaced with words "on health care";

after paragraph two to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"regional medico-rehabilitation commissions of experts, Minsk city medico-rehabilitation commission of experts;";

1.2. in Item 8:

in subitem 8.5 of the word", managements (departments) of health care" shall be replaced with words "on health care";

add subitem 8.8-6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"procedure for making the written consent of the patient or persons specified in part two of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About health care" on processing of personal data of the patient and information which is medical secret in information systems, information resources, bases (banks) of data and (or) registers (registers) in health care, form of this consent and form of refusal of the patient or specified persons from processing of such personal data and information;";

state subitem 8.13-1 in the following edition:

"8.13-1. performs the complex analysis and marketing researches of the pharmaceutical market, the market of medical products and spare parts to them, the analysis of practice of pricing on medicines, medical products and spare parts to them;";

add subitem 8.17 with paragraphs of the following content:
