About modification and amendments in the Law "About Weapon"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 31, 2019
Article 1. "About weapon" (further - the Law) to state the subitem "i" of Item 1 of part 1 of article 6 of the Law of July 3, 1998 to ZR-246 in the following edition:
"i) weapon and ammunition with the technical characteristic which is not conforming to the criminological requirements approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;".
Article 2. To add article 29 of the Law with parts 4 and 5 of the following edition:
"The procedure for turnover of civil and office weapon and its cartridges establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
The procedure for acceptance of the weapons and ammunition withdrawn (taken), handed over voluntarily and found establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
