About modification of the Order of the Government No. 202/2018 about approval of the Provision on implementation of the state program "First house"

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 202/2018 about approval of the Provision on implementation of the state program "First house" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 233) to make the following changes:

1) to add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The size of margin, stipulated in Item b) parts (2) article 6 of the Law No. 293/2017 on some measures for implementation of the state program "First house" which creditors can apply for 2019 in relation to the credits guaranteed by the state based on the state program "First house" it is established at the rate to 2% per annum.";

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 6:

the subitem 3) after the text "and also relatives of the first degree of relationship" to add with the text "the beneficiary and/or her spouse / his spouses";

to state subitems of 4)-6) in the following edition:

"4) not to have in property of housing, exclusive or joint with other family members, with living space more than 9 sq.m on each family member for 12 months preceding day of the request for mortgage loan and also not to have unpaid mortgage loan on purchase of housing. Also person having housing in property, exclusive or joint with other family members, irrespective of its area, in the village (commune), acquired by inheritance or on donative is considered acceptable;

5) the spouses/spouse of the beneficiary shall / shall have in property, exclusive or joint with other family members, except for the beneficiary, housing with living space more than 9 sq.m on each family member for 12 months preceding day of the request for mortgage loan and also unpaid mortgage loan on purchase of housing. It is considered acceptable and person whose spouses/spouse have housing in property, exclusive or joint with other family members, irrespective of its area, in the village (commune), acquired by inheritance or on donative;
