About entering of amendments into the Law "About Operational Search Activities"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 31, 2019
Article 1. ZR-223-N "About operational search activities" (further - the Law) to add part 2 of article 2 of the Law of October 22, 2007 with the new offer of the following content: "The procedure for search of persons avoiding criminal liability for missing persons, and also debtors establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. To add article 40 of the Law with part 5 of the following content:
"5. The bodies performing operational search activities run business of operational accounting. In cases of operational accounting operational in-house documents about the bases of implementation of the investigation and search operations obtained in their result of data, check, systematization, data analysis and also about the made decisions gather.
The list of cases of operational accounting, procedure for business management, registration of persons passing on them is established by legal acts of the bodies performing operational search activities.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
