1. To federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, other state bodies, local government bodies, legal entities, educated in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, to the organizations and physical persons which are under jurisdiction of the Russian Federation in the activities to recognize that since July 8, 2019 the Russian airlines are temporarily forbidden to perform airborne transportations (including commercial) citizens from the territory of the Russian Federation on the territory of Georgia.

2. Recommend to tour operators and travel agents for the period of action of prohibition, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, to abstain from realization to citizens of the tourist product providing transportations (including commercial) citizens from the territory of the Russian Federation on the territory of Georgia.

3. To the government of the Russian Federation:

take measures for ensuring return to the Russian Federation of the citizens of the Russian Federation who are temporarily in the territory of Georgia and also their baggage;

provide implementation of other measures necessary for implementation of this Decree according to the competence.
