About entering of amendment and change into the Law of Turkmenistan "About notariate and notarial activities"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About notariate and notarial activities", accepted on August 18, 2015 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2015, No. 3, the Art. 96, No. 4, Art. 126; 2017, No. 1, Art. 31, No. 4, Art. 147; 2018, No. 2, Art. 43), following amendment and change:

add part the eighth Article 9 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of the death of physical person employer of the data, connected with the right to inheritance, available in office of notary public, are issued by the written request of local body of the Pension fund of Turkmenistan for debt repayment for pension contributions.";

the second Article 21 to state part in the following edition:

"2. The territory of activities of the notary public is observed when making the notarial actions provided by Articles 25, 59-60, 67, of 74, 79-85, 96, 104 and 118 these Laws. Implementation of the notarial actions provided by the specified Articles can be assigned by the Ministry адалат Turkmenistan to other state notarial body. In all other cases physical persons and legal entities for making of notarial actions have the right to address any notary public.";
