About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About energy efficiency of buildings"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About energy efficiency of buildings" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1040) the following changes:

"4) maintaining the state register:
a) energy certificates of buildings, reports on periodic control of energy efficiency of coppers, systems of heating and hot water supply;
b) the certified specialists in energy certification of buildings and in periodic control of energy efficiency of coppers, systems of heating and hot water supply.
The procedure for maintaining the state register provided by this Item is established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
b) declare Item 6 invalid;
2) in Article 7:
a) shall be replaced with words the word "Energy" "1. Energy";
b) add Article with part 2 following of content:
"2. The procedure for qualification certification of specialists in the field of energy efficiency of buildings is established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
3) in Article 8:
a) shall be replaced with words the word "Monitoring" "1. Monitoring";
b) add Article with part 2 following of content:
"2. The procedure for monitoring of quality of the performed works on energy certification of buildings and (or) periodic control of energy efficiency of coppers, systems of heating and hot water supply is established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
