About modification of the Regulations on evaluation procedure of net assets value of investment funds and mutual funds of investment companies

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to Items 13, of the 14th Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on evaluation procedure of net assets value of investment funds and mutual funds of investment companies approved by the decision of State commission on securities and to the stock market of March 18, 2002 No. 104, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 24, 2002 for No. 392/6680, the following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second Item 4.3 of Section 4 the word "conclusion" shall be replaced with words "the report (the report of the independent auditor)";

2) in appendices to the Provision:

in appendix 3:

the tenth to state line item in the following edition:

"The name, code on EGRPOU, the location, phone, number of registration in the Register of auditors and subjects of auditor activities of the subject of auditor activities";

the eleventh to exclude line item.

With respect thereto the twelfth - the fourteenth to consider line items respectively line items of the eleventh - the thirteenth;

in appendix 4:

the twelfth to state line item in the following edition:
