2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in 5-month time to develop and approve:

a) standard form of the agreement of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation with credit institution of investment of reserve of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation for mandatory pension insurance into currency deposits of the Russian Federation and procedure for its conclusion;

b) procedure of payments for credit institution of limit of investment of reserve of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation for mandatory pension insurance into currency deposits of the Russian Federation;

c) procedure for selection of requests of credit institutions for the conclusion with Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation of the agreements of bank deposit signed for the purpose of investment of means of reserve of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation for mandatory pension insurance, and procedure for the conclusion of such agreements.
