"The ordinary business visa is issued for a period of up to thirty days to the foreign citizen specified in subitem 8.2 of item 4 of Article 13 or Item 23 of article 13.2 of the Federal law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation". The ordinary business visa is issued for a period of up to one year or on the basis of the principle of reciprocity for a period of up to five years to the foreign citizen driving to the Russian Federation for the purpose of implementation of business travels (with the right of implementation of research and (or) teaching activities in the case provided by subitem 8.1 of item 4 of article 13 of the Federal law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation"). The ordinary business visa is issued for a period of up to five years to the foreign citizen who is the representative or the employee of the company specified in the subitem 8 parts one of article 25 of this Federal Law.".
