About introduction of amendments to the Charter of federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Sciences"

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the charter of federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Sciences" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 27, 2014 No. 589 "About approval of the charter of federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Sciences" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 27, Art. 3771; 2017, No. 29, Art. 4379).

2. To federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Sciences" (further - Academy):

approve regulations on the organization of rendering hotel services by Academy;

represent to the Government of the Russian Federation annually, no later than April 1 of the year following for reporting, the report on the organization of rendering by Academy of hotel services in the form approved with the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.
