About modification of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, the following changes:

a) after paragraph two of Item 6 to add with the paragraph of the following content:

b) to add the penultimate paragraph of the subitem 31 of Item 15 with the offer of the following content: "In relation to goods concerning which according to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 4, 2019 No. 90 "About automatic licensing (observation) of import of separate types of pipes steel" enters automatic licensing (observation) of import and which are located under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, in this subsection of the column the specification symbol according to appendix No. 2 to the specified Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission is specified without gaps.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 60 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than January 1, 2020.
