About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About auxiliary reproductive technologies"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 341-Z "About auxiliary reproductive technologies" the following changes:

1. In the paragraph the second Article 1 of the word "method of delivery of health care, in case of which" shall be replaced with words "methods of delivery of health care in case of which".

2. 6, of Article 15 and part three of Article 17 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude from Article part one.

3. In Article 7:

in part one of the word "based on the clinical protocols approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to the legislation on health care";

to exclude from part three of the word "Republic of Belarus".

4.
