1. Approve the enclosed Rules of making of the customs transactions connected with completion of action of special customs procedure concerning the foreign goods imported (imported) into the Russian Federation and intended only for the organization and holding official international actions within the International Hanseatic days of Modern times.

2. Determine that authorized body to which competence questions of the organization and holding official international actions within the International Hanseatic days of Modern times are carried is the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
