1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 214 "About establishment of form of the reporting 0520 "The report on cash turnovers of bank (the non-bank credit and financial organization)", approval of the Instruction on procedure for creation and submission of information on form of the reporting 0520 "The report on cash turnovers of bank (the non-bank credit and financial organization)" and on recognition voided some resolutions of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus":
state the name in the following edition:
"About form of the reporting 0520 "The report on cash turnovers of bank (the non-bank credit and financial organization)";
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "to this resolution";
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of information on form of the reporting 0520 "The report on cash turnovers of bank (the non-bank credit and financial organization)" (is attached).";
in appendix to this resolution:
shall be replaced with words words of "coins of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" "coins of National Bank";
