About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather legal status of foreigners and persons without citizenship who took part in protection of territorial integrity and immunity of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About citizenship of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 13, Art. 65 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 1:

a) the tenth after the words "temporary residence in the territory of Ukraine" to add the paragraph with the words "or having the military ID of ordinary, sergeant and foreman structure issued to the foreigner or the stateless person who in accordance with the established procedure signed the contract on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine";

b) after the paragraph of the seventeenth to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"the declaration on refusal of foreign citizenship of person who received the residence permit based on part of the twentieth article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" - the document in which the foreigner certifies the refusal of nationality (citizenship) of other state or grazhdanstvo (citizenship) of other states".

With respect thereto the eighteenth - the twentieth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the nineteenth - the twenty first;
