According to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights to specifying goods origin" of June 16, 1999 N752-XIV, Regulations on State department of intellectual property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 20, 2000 N 997, the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About the list of specific names of goods" of October 18, 2000 N411-r I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the List of specific names of goods (further - the Provision) that is applied.

2. To State department of intellectual property to register the specified Provision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To State department of intellectual property to publish the specified Provision in the statement "Industrial property".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the chairman of State department of intellectual property of Palladium M. B.

Regulations on the List of specific names of goods

This Provision determines procedure for forming of the List of specific names of goods (further - the List).

1. The names of geographical places applied in names of goods in which at first goods of these types were made, but which became afterwards all-used in Ukraine as designations (name) of certain types of goods regardless of specific places of origin are introduced in the List.
