About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Council for selection of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Council for selection of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 6, the Art. 535) the following changes:

Part 1 of Article 21 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The member of council holding judgeship performs the activities on a voluntary basis and behind him the salary on principle place of employment remains. On operating time in Council his member holding judgeship is exempted from accomplishment of the service duties.

Monthly material remuneration is paid to the member of council who is not holding judgeship from the moment of election. Payment of material remuneration is made by authorized body at the expense of means of the republican budget in the amount of, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

2) part 2-1 of Article 22 to recognize invalid.

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
