About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2015 No. 1041

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2015 No. 1041 "About procedure for realization of the property turned into property of the state, and about modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2012 No. 909" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 41, Art. 5654; 2016, No. 50, Art. 7116; 2017, No. 41, Art. 5947).

2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal Agency for State Property Management, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Agency in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2015 No. 1041

a) in the Section II:
