"6. The indicator of index of Hirsh of the medical organization or total indicator of index of Hirsh of staff of the newly created medical organization (within 5 years after its creation) constitutes at least 10 units.
7. The total indicator of impakt-factor of the reviewed scientific magazines and editions, including foreign in which for previous year results of scientific research of the medical organization are published constitutes at least 30 units for the medical organizations created more than 4 years ago or the specified indicator constitutes at least 20 units for the newly created medical organizations for the 4th year after their creation, or the specified indicator constitutes at least 10 units for the newly created medical organizations for 3rd year after their creation.
