About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following changes:
The paragraph third to state 1) to part 2 of Article 4 in the following edition:
"-obligation and free of charge receipt of the primary, main general and secondary general education by each citizen in the state and municipal educational institutions;";
2) in Article 16:
a) state part 2 in the following edition:
"The primary general education, the main general education, the secondary general education are the obligatory education levels for all citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic. The state provides realization of the right of citizens to obtaining in the state and municipal educational institutions of the free secondary general education at the level of the state educational standards.";
b) state part 7 in the following edition:
"Persons who got the main general education in case of unwillingness to continue training in the program of the secondary general education shall study according to programs of primary professional or secondary professional education.".
This Law becomes effective since September 1, 2022.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
